Symptoms worse after meals.

I’m going to feel really stupid if I’m the only one who experiencing this but… My MDS symptoms including weakness, extreme fatigue, and extreme shortness of breath can be very mild at times. I can go out to dinner and I have very little trouble walking without running out of air. But after eating my symptoms can be much much worse where I can only walk 20-30 feet without sitting down to regain my breathing. Has anyone else experienced this and if so has your doc explained it to you? Thanks in advance for your help.
