    my neutrophils have been falling, today ANC is 0.65. i also had a bone marrow biopsy today. i am a RN in an emergency room. should i be working right now? also, what is the significance of 5% reactive lymphocytes?

    Dear Janice, Thank you for your inquiry. Your work environment does put you at risk for infection. You may want to consider a work re-assignment. The 5% reactive lymphocyte finding in your blood is difficult to interpret without the full context of your bone marrow abnormality. You should get more information once the bone marrow is completed.
