You are invited to take part in a research study by Cerner Enviza and Global Perspectives, independent, third-party research organizations, in collaboration with the MDS Foundation and The MDS Alliance, who are conducting this research on behalf of the study sponsor, a pharmaceutical company.

The purpose of this study is to learn more about the experiences of people with Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS).
We would appreciate your feedback as your opinion is extremely important to us. Below are links to the qualification questionnaire to confirm you meet the entrance requirements to take part in the study:

    – Go here if you are a caregiver of someone diagnosed with MDS: https://bit.ly/3IQ9t6n

    – Go here if you have been diagnosed with MDS: https://bit.ly/3DtoRVh

Please note that Cerner Enviza /Global Perspectives will be asking for contact details in the qualification process to allow the scheduling of interviews, confirmation of screening criteria and the distribution of incentives.
