8 years and no change is amazing !!! I hope you remain the same !!!
I was diagnosed 1 year ago normal wbc normal platelets red blood count between 2.8 to 3.,hemoglobin between 10.4 to 11.7
Waiting for the best
Very rare terrible disease!!

I am trying alpha lipoic acid. I had 1,100 ferritin level, it lowered to 900 in a month.
Will keep trying and will buy ip6
Since my diagnosis (low mds) 3 months ago from an excellence center .Wait and watch.I have decided to study the disease by myself minimum 1 hour a day.
Learned a lot in youtube videos.
We have to keep trying to defeat this horrible disease
I will study low dose TRT to increase hemoglobin.

To anyone:
Has anybody heard about TRT to raise hemoglobin ?
I have seen several videos on this matter and apparently it does .
But don’t know if it is convenient.
