MDS Manager Study Sign In

To download the MDS Manager App use the following links

If you have already downloaded the MDS Manager App – and have logged in with a Google Account (within the App), you may skip these steps and log in using the button below. Otherwise, please complete the following steps:

1. Download the MDS Manager app from the Apple App store or Google Play store. (click on these links from your device, or do a search for “MDS Manager”). TIP – Leave this page open as you will need to return to this page to sign in after completing the steps below.
2. After you download and install app, you will asked to sign in using your Google Account. Please make sure to do this, as it is required for participation in the study.
3. After signing into the app, you should return to this page.

After signing into the MDS Manager App, return to this page and log in using the button below. Make sure to use your same Google Account that you used when signing into the MDS Manager App.

Don’t worry if you accidentally close this page during the above process. You received an email when you agreed to participate in the study, that has a link back to this page.
