Taylor Moen

My son Taylor was such a beautiful and caring son. He loved life and did his best to make the most of it. He suffered with MDS for 10 years. Two Bone Marrow Transplants, Several rounds of chemo and radiation, heart attack, strokes and another elapse of MDS which progressed to AML. During his short 23 years on Earth he touched so many lives. He had a love for playing guitar, riding 4-wheelers and spending time with his family. He is so missed each and every day. He told me that he never wants a child to have go through what he had gone through and wanted me to continue the fight to find a cure. We hold an ATV ride in his memory every year called Trash the Dress for MDS. We raise money and awareness and help those in our small community fighting cancer. “Trash the Dress for MDS” on facebook.
