I’ve had MDS/MPN/AIHA for 2 1/2 years.Hemolysis and MDS has caused my Big to steadily go down. I’m now on my 5th week of Retacrit with no results. 2 wks. ago I had 2 pints of red cells as my hbg was 6. I am NOT supposed to have transfusions because of my antibodies are killing my red cells, and just getting them can have a serious effect on my life. What am I to do? I need medication to kill these antibodies…! Marge
