Fatigue and No Restorative sleep

Restorative sleep. Diagnosed with low risk MDS 10 months ago on watch and waitZm. Big problem in the mornings. I have noticed that on occasion if I take Ambien and Tylenol at night or in the middle of the night I wake up feeling a bit less fatigued. Don’t know if this will help anybody but if it does good and good luck!
