Hi Jody,

Thanks for asking — Mom’s doing pretty well — she had a bit of a particularly weak/tired spell, so the doctors tested her for CSV (I think?) and she tested negative, which is good.

She said watermelon sounded good, so I found one of the few watermelons left in KC and took it over to her — hopefully that will give her some energy. It’s kind of a drag that her medications raise her blood sugar so much — it’s kind of a tightrope to get some food that sounds good and doesn’t raise her sugar too high.
