My HGB labs yesterday read 11.5, up from 10.4 the previous week. No transfusion, probably due to the Luspatercept shot.This is my highest reading ever, I believe. So why do I feel so terrible? I can’t walk more that 15 feet without panting for breath. I tire very easily doing simple tasks, such as taking a shower. I’ve taken two home Covid tests, both negative. I don’t have any congestion, coughing or headaches. I am getting an increase in body aches, which I have sporadically from the regular shots. I’m actually a bit suspicious of this reading. I’ve definitely had times when my symptoms were worse than the numbers would indicate, but never this extreme. Any ideas?
