My Dr.started me on Luspatercept 4 weeks ago. First two weeks I felt great then I got dizzy several times and weak legs and arms. Had my second shot 4 days ago and I have felt awful since then. Nausea, dizzy, legs and arms are very weak to the point I am afraid to golf or play pickleball like I did before. I felt much better after the blood transfusions. My hemoglobin went up to 9.2 where it was 7.2 and white cells and red cells all went up too. But this drug is making my like miserable. Seems there are others that have had this problem. Are they going to change drugs? If so let me know

From what I’ve read it does get better. Maybe talk to your doctor about dosage.. sometimes changes can be made that helps with the side effects. Good for you that it’s working for you.. it doesn’t for everyone.
