Luspatercept, any other medication instead?

Hello,
Luspatercept is accepted in Chile but the cost is extremely so there is no way I can have this treatment. My body rejected all treatments. Is there other medication instead of Luspatercept? Bone Marrow transplant was not allowed due to my Pulmonary Hypertension. It seams to be a high risk.
