New to the MDS message board question

I am caregiver to my long-term (30+ years) partner who was diagnosed two months ago with high risk MDS-EB1. At 73 years old, Russ is considered very high risk. The diagnosis has blindsided both of us, as we are complete novices to modern medical care and intervention, having been very healthy and active until now. I will be using the message board to search topics and info from fellow patients and caregivers. Is there a “search” feature to find specific topics?
