Anyone heard of pulmonary hypertension as a complication of MDS? My arterial blood pressure is fine (that’s the one they take on your arm), but the pressure in the right side of my heart is mildly high. Had a breathing test today, very good results. My echocardiogram all looks goood except the hypertension and regurgitaion in the tricuspid valve. I had more blood work today and I have a VQ lung test next week and the usual CBC next week.
