Has anyone been given Vyxeos to treat MDS? It’s typically used for AML but is being tried for MDS.

There are different forms of MDS. Mine is a DNA mutation, called del 5q and Revlimid (lenalidomide) for some reason kills these mutated bone marrow cells, leaving healthy marrow cells intact. It has worked for me for almost 2 years but seems to be failing recently. Will be asking my hem-onc about it. Thanks for the reference.
