For those who start the day with discomfort and have probably been dealing with it for a long time, what do you do to be positive? Is there a routine like reading a book or yoga perhaps? Anything that keeps the mind off the discomfort?

Yoga is a good way to start the day. It’s important that you have a clear head. A cup of coffee would be nice. It’s also important that you have a plan for the day so you could avoid unnecessary moods.

Yoga and mediation really help. Also, a cup of tea to energize and warm up the body. Thinking of an affirmation or a verse that you like could also help.
