Coping Through Mindfulness & Connection

with special guest speaker, Sabrina Rubin, PhD

Program Highlights:  How to talk with your loved ones to encourage open, effective communication that supports healthy coping.  Learn about and practice mindfulness-based strategies to benefit you and your relationships.

Sabrina Rubin, PhD:  She is a New York State licensed psychologist who works with children, adolescents and adults in her private practice in Manhattan, and oversees Health Promotion & Education, a division of Counseling & Wellness Services, at Hunter College.  She is passionate about helping others live their optimal lives by equipping them with information and skills, in accessible and engaging ways, to promote their mental health and emotional well-being.
