Antibiotic Caused Fever and RA

(Though considering this forum is nearly dead I am writing to the wind) what do you think about onset of fever about 4~5 hours after taking an antibiotic with increasing joint pain (much like RA) but diminished fever in the days following initial ingestion of the antibiotic? Google is silent on that one. The RA evaporates over several days after discontinuing the antibiotic.

I am not a specialist to tell the details but somewhere I had read the article about side effects of Antibiotics. It specified that Antibiotics kill the bacteria and the killed bacterial proteins act as allergens causing drug fever and drug rash .
Herxheimer reaction is when toxins are released from killed bacteria and cause sudden high fever.
