There are several.

You can turn up many more by going to a search engine.
Also click on “links” at the bottom of the list on the left column on the home page for this site

Drew,
I feel sort of guilty for not maintaining a log or index of all of the things I found on BMT. It seemed that when I needed to make the decision all sots of information became available. bmtinfonet that Neil suggested was one of them but a lot came from material that I got through the social services dept at the center where I was being treated. It was not their material but things that should be available in the library many BMT clinics have for patients.
