confirmed as MDS high risk

So, my husband just saw the local medical oncologist and she had the biopsy report. MDS high risk with 9% blasts. so for now it will continue to be Dacogen every 28 days, platelets and blood as needed and there was some discussion of a shot of Aracept?sp?.
At least we know now. He’s overall so healthy that I have high hopes it goes to transplant and he responds well.
