The FDA has recommended that all propxyphene be withdrawn from the us market. I have used it successfully since 1996. I am not sure what I will do without it. What pain medication do other patients use? What has worked for you? What hasn’t.

The doctor prescribed Tramadol 50mg tablet. Have any of you had experience with it?

Just an update. It has been hard to find the right amount of pain medication. Tramadol has worked most of the time but there are times when it just isn’t strong enough. If I wait long enough pain episodes pass but it is harder these days to do what I need to do and have to do.

I currently take Tremadol for my Fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid symptoms. I just started it like 3 weeks ago. So far it helps for a few hours. I currently have had no side effects. Hopefully it will continue this way. Good Luck.
