High Risk MDS–Vidaza–Remission

It seems that a number of folks have reported “remission” because of Vidaza treatments. Does anyone know of any cases where Vidaza has been that effective when the diagnosis is high risk MDS with complex chromosome abnormality? My best friend is also struggling with recurrent ovarian cancer, and is very limited when it comes to MDS treatment options. Thank you in advance — this message board has been beyond helpful!
