I was reading a post of yours under CMML about many diet changes you made. I was wondering if you would tell me what kinds of foods you eat? Not for my MIL but for myself. I’m 34 and trying to get my body healthier but not sure where to start. If you can recommend any books to read that would be great.
I know raw orangic veggies are good but how do you subsist on this? We also eat organic (non-hormone/non-antibiotic) meat, very little milk (unless it’s hormone free), fruit. But I still don’t feel very healthy. What am I missing?
