Mike had his last shot of Vidaza for this month. He was soooooo tired today. I guess we were lucky he wasn’t as wiped all the other days. What can we expect now? How do you knowif it is working? His numbers are still going down since his tx last weekend.
Thanks Neil for your advise on platelets transfusions. We will be aware and speak to the doctor about holdin off as long as possible, They might want to give him some more Friday since his platelets are only 15 and he needs to go back to the dentist to finish the root canal work.
Thank you everyone for all your posts. I look forward to hearing from everyone.

Hi Sandy It takes Bob about a week to start feeling better to get up and about to where he was before the Vidaza. it always seems once he is back to himself it is time to start again. We feel grateful though since it is keeping the blast at bay.
Todays CBC showed his WBC finally coming back down they were 10. HBG not up as much as we like till 10.4 and plts at 53. Got to work on these numbers he usually is higher with the HGB and the plts before he starts the next round. Bob starts Vidaza again on October 13th.
