Update

Carrie,

My father died 1/26/2005. In August of 2004 he and my mother moved all of their belongings to Florida. He drove 2 days 1500 miles from Indiana to Florida

Then in Sept. 2004 he and my mother drove from Florida to Indiana and drove back turned around in Nov. 2004 they did the same thing. Then again in Dec. 2004. He was in severe pain all four of those trips but he made it. He even drove.

He couldn’t move the furniture or anything my brother and some others went with them on the move.

He could not carry the luggage either. My mother had to do that.

Then in Jan. 2005 he flew from Florida to Indiana.
He flew and drove all the time traveling. He never got anything from flying like a cold or and thing. But he was always big on washing his hands. Even before he dx. with MDS and when I was a kid. Everytime he walked through the door he washed his hands no matter where he had been.
