Bob is back in the Hospital, He went for a transfusion last Wednesday with Counts at 8, Then we went to the Hmg this Monday and they were down to 6.8 two more units, Then tuesday they were up to 8 in the AM by night He had no color in his lips and was so pale, called dr and then went to the ER – When the Counts came back they were at 6.1. He was admitted they have found that he has pethecia in his stomach they had to scope him forming little lesion/polyps and he is oozing blood. But plts too low to do anything. So far since admission he has had 9 units. Today was the first time this evening that his count was 9.7 hope it holds. They are going to give him some radiation treatments for the enlarged spleen they feel that it is eating up his plts. Got to look up another med that they want to try that is supposed to help the bleeding the the clotting. Have not gotten much sleep so I am cutting my saga off, He is not yet stable, low blood pressure as well. I just keep praying.
