Bob passed Monday August 27th and is now peacefully in heaven. No more pain, No more Vidaza shots, drs etc. I had to call 911 on 8/19/07 as he could not walk, stand, He had an intercranial bleed as a result of his low plts.
He fought a long hard battle, I miss him dearly.
This forum has always been a comfort and I will continue to pray for all here
God Bless

I am so sorry to hear about Bob passing away. I was following your post all the time as my dad had the same diagnosis of RAEB. I can only say my heart aches for you and I hope you have a good support system. We are always here and I’ve found it helpful in my grief to come back to this forum every so often.
Bless you and Bob.

I am so saddened at your loss. You both put up a courageous fight, but, unfortunately, MDS has its own terrible course of action.
I hope you can focus on the pleasant memories to help ease the pain.

I am so very sorry to hear about Bob. He was an inspiration to my Mom who was also originally diagnosed with RAEB-T. May he rest in peace, and may God give you comfort.
