i think a lot of members might have trouble posting because they don’t have their password

Hi Eve, How were you able to get on? I haven’t been able to get on since 12/20. I spent 2 hrs. last night trying, I still am not sure how I did it. I noticed that there were only about 5 people posting. I wish the admin. would inform us on how to get into the new site. I guess I’m not very computer literate but I am persistant.
    Thanks and Happy New Year,Ellie

I didn’t know about the change either. I finally went to the main page and chose the forum link. My old favorite gave me an error. I have admin powers but just to delete the spam. If you want to communicate with the real admin, email to webmaster@devmdsfound.org.php53-13.dfw1-2.websitetestlink.com .

I had no trouble getting reregistered after I went to the main site because the forum had been down so long and found the new connection. But do watch for the difference in zero and the letter o in your password and I and the number 1 I originally had trouble with that until I marked my notes which were which in the password.

All my prayers and best wishes to patients and caregivers for a New Year filled with hope and love. We are all somehow connected by this awful disease and I am grateful for this forum to read, ask, discuss issues. It helps so much. Thank you all. ——————————- Husband 61,MDS 9/06. I logged on fine, once I found this. That took a while though. I thought maybe it was a temporary glitch which wasn’t getting fixed because someone was on vacation over the holidays. I did try going through the main home page early on, but it didn’t work. Just decided to try again today and walah, here I am. I am really glad the forum is still here, I thought I lost it forever!

Sorry, I was off for the holidays. I have posted a notice on the old link/bookmark that now directs people to the new location and how to retrieve their passwords in case they have forgotten it.

The forum can now be easily accessible by https://www.mds-foundation.org/forums/

Because of the “temporary glitch” with the forum, have we lost the search engine for good or is that only temporary also? It would be a shame to lose all that info.

PLEASE HELP US MR. ADMINISTRATOR smile

I have re-indexed the search function. It should be working now. Let me know if there are still any problems.
