AML patient insights

Hi Everyone,
My name is Jeannine and I work for a NYC healthcare advertising company called FCB Healthcare. We’re currently doing research into the treatment of newly diagnosed AML, specifically among older patients (70+).

We would love to hear what you guys think about the state of treatment for this population, the impact it has on the patient and their families, and your impression of emerging therapies.

Hi Jeannine,
My Mom was dx. with AML at age 74. The only chance at a remission was through a Center of Excellence. We went to New York Presbyterian, and during her 2nd clinical trial, she achieved remission. Our local docs had nothing to offer her due to her age.
