Doctor has suggested my husband start on Atgam or cyclosporine. Has anyone had experience with Atgam? Any info would be appreciated.

My husband had 2 treatments of ATGAM & Cyclosporin and he did good, his counts are stable (still low) but has not had transfusion in 11 mos. However he now has deteriorating bones and they are not sure if it is from the “Treatment” but I have read other stories and seems like it has happened to others.
