Hi, here is something interesting. My father had his firts cycle of neupogen. The reason for that was a WBC of 2300 with neuts down to 350. His CBC showed an inrease of his WBC to 5500 with neuts up to 2500. So far so good. What trigered my attention was his inrease on his RBC from 4700 to 5200, his Hemoglobin from 9.5 to 10.2 and also a marginal PLT increase from 60K to 70K. I thought that Neupogen was only for WBC. Has anyone else experience this. Best wishes to everybody
    God bless

Have had a similar experience with Procrit where my WBC and plts went up along with my RBC.
In your case lets hope your red cells and plts continue to get a boost along with the whites.
My doc said it happens in some very rare instances. By the time I go in for my next shot my counts are back to what now seems to be my “normal” level.
