Does ANYBODY know how to read their reports with regards to blasts????? I’m just sitting here sick to my stomach tonight!

If the report says ".53 blasts" and that is up from ".17 blasts" ……

Does that indicate 53% up from 17% (NOT good!!!) ….

or does the "POINT" … as in POINT 53 mean we are still dealing with a percentage of less than 1???

Does ANYBODY out there know?
