Anyone with a platelet problem should google search the above drug. GlaxoSmithKline just announced it today and it looks very promising.

Greg is right that this drug like many others looks very promising. But, do not get your hopes up yet … it is not yet approved and the financial analyists believe that it may not be significant to GlaxoSmithKline until the end of this decade.

Boy are you right … I think it should have been named medicine for “multiple chromosomal abnormalities 43~48,XX,t(9;21)(q34.1;q22.1)[6],del(10)(q25.2)[4],+2mar[2][cp8]/46,xx[13]
    – on Gleevec”. Then I could have understood what it was. LOL … just having a bit of humor … hope I did not offend. Merry Christmas.
