I just signed up for a Emergency Patient Information Card available that you can use to help emergency medical personnel know about your principal/alternate family contact person(s), your current medical condition, the medications you are taking, any medical allergies/adverse reactions and your doctor’s names and phone numbers. It is free and may help save your life if you are unable to communicate and your spouse/family member is not immediately available. The web address is: http://www.myepi.net

You can update the information as needed to keep everything current.

Cool, I am going to check it out. I do foster care so I have index cards for everyone in my wallet. However, I love freebies, and am always looking for new ideas, I am off to check the site out.
