    has anyone been diagnosed with mds and pnh
    (paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria)

    it is characterized by rusty colored urine and pain in the kidney area

    I always thought that PNH and MDS were very similiar making it hard to diagnose which one you have.

    never heard of someone having both? Did your hemo tell you .. you had both?

    dad had some kidney issues – had read about pnh and was wondering if that could be dad’s problem – have since spoken to the hemodoc and they have ruled that out

    one of the symptoms of pnh is blood in the urine at night
