thought you might get a kick out of this (at my expense). My wife signed us up for the fitness center and I went for my evualation the other day, after being weighed, pinched with the calipers,and having my blood pressure and heart rate check, the printout basically said that if I work out hard for a couple months I will reach the unfit level, so now I have a goal.
