Venetoclax has been approved. My 85 y.o. mother has been fighting MDS with blasts for 4 years and has been on Vydaza IV for 4 years. She was doing relatively well until a few months ago. She just had her 3rd bmb and her blasts went from 5% to 15% so they want to add the venetoclax. They are in the process of getting it approved for her.
