thank you for the information. Husband a candidate and just has concerns with bone marrow biopsies every 8 weeks for the study. Has anyone been on the previous phase? Has anyone been on rigosertib. This study is randomized. 2 on the drug and 1 on physicians choice treatment.

My husband is considering going into this trial. Our oncologist has investigated a trial since Revlimid stopped working after 2 years and then Vidazza after 7 months of treatment has not decreased the number of times he needed transfusions of RBC’s and Platelets. We are going for a consultation tomorrow at Hackensack Hospital in New Jersey.

i cannot advise but I would iike to ask something. my husband had 4 cycles of Viodazza and dr. suggested not doing fifth until another bone marrow transplant. was the vidazza working? we also are in area where no weekends so we get 5 doses then 2 day break then the last two injections
