Katie,
I have been thinking about you and your dad all weekend. I just want you to know that you are a wonderful daughter who has been with your dad every step of the way. He must be so proud and comforted by your strength. My dad was diagnosed with MDS in June ’07 and I have followed all your posts and felt that I can really relate to you as a daughter going through the same thing. You and your dad have really touched my life and I want you to know that I am keeping you close in prayer. I hope your dad goes home today and is at peace surrounded by you and your sister. He is such a brave man and has endured so much. Only a father could endure what he has to make more time with you and your family. Katie, you are in my prayers and thoughts.
